Our Strengths

Our strengths are enshrined in our commitment to professionalism and our promise to provide professional work of the highest calibre. We are team workers who emphasise on collaboration and participation of stakeholders. Apart from our experience and a track record in projects as presented later, team members have individual skills and capabilities and credentials in areas of:
• Strong team with extensive knowledge and experience in the built environment.
• Strategic planning and management covering project based plans and designs, performance management processes and systems; and change management;
• A Visionary approach to management of the projects, processes and contracts;
• Overall people and stakeholder management and focus that ensures that conflicts are minimised but acceptance of the project is increased;
• Nurturing human capital through mentorship.
• Understanding and awareness of regulations, acts and recommendations around property development. This include KZN Planning and Development Act of 2008, Breaking New Ground policy, National Building Regulations and Building Standards.

• Awareness of organisations that are at the forefront of the property development arena. These are organisations such as the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA). These give valuable insight on industry trends, new environmental issues affecting property development as well SA property reviews.

• Strong awareness of Government policies aimed at driving the country’s economy from National level to local level, these include but not limited to: National Development plan (NDP), Provincial Growth and Development Strategy (PGDS), Spatial Development Framework (SDF), Integrated Development Plans and many more.
